I have lived at UV for over a year. I love it. I looked at several different apartments and decided UV had the best amenities to offer. I love having two pools to choose from. I enjoy taking advantage of the free tanning and the gym.It is also nice to have free wifi, cable and water. And I love that UV is pet friendly. The management is always attentive to whatever my needs are. The office staff goes above and beyond to make sure my requests are met. I have never been bothered by noisey neighbors which creates a great environment for not only studying but entertaining friends. I have made lots of friends at UV and plan to stay for a while.

I have lived at UV for 3 years and have loved it! The staff is friendly, always helpful, and comes up with great "parties"/"get togethers" for residents almost every month. The get togethers allow all residents to come to the pool or clubhouse for a meal an games with prizes! Many times the staff has given out breakfast or lunch during exam week... they are GREAT! UV is also the nicest pet friendly apartment complex in Clemson/Central! I have been able to live with my dog all throughout college thanks to them! I would highly recommend you check out UV when doing your apartment search! You wont be disappointed!
